What this website collects

Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form or the job application form. This website has no user accounts, sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. To stop abuse of the forms, we count how many times each network address sends a form in an hour; the address is kept only in a scrambled (hashed) form.

The enquiry form

When you press “Send enquiry”, the details you enter (your name, company, email, phone, topic and message) are sent securely to our website service on Microsoft Azure. It emails them to our team at contact@whitelanes.in and keeps a copy in our enquiry records, stored in Azure's India region, so that no enquiry is lost.

Job applications

When you apply through our careers page, we receive the details you enter (your contact details, education, course, skills, links and answers) and the resume you attach. They are sent securely to our website service on Microsoft Azure, stored in Azure's India region and emailed to our hiring team at hiring@whitelanes.in.

We use them only to assess your application, send you the practical task and arrange interviews. We keep applications for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future openings, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Third parties involved in showing this page

• The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operations.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

How we use information you send us

We use the details you share only to reply to you and to discuss the work or the role you asked about. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we delete your details on request.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and withdraw consent. Contact us at contact@whitelanes.in, or at hiring@whitelanes.in about a job application, and we will respond promptly.
